The Kingston Panthers Rugby Football Club (KPRFC) was founded over 40 years ago right here in the Limestone City. The Panthers compete in the Eastern Ontario Rugby Union (EORU), a member of the Ontario Rugby Union (ORU). The EORU is comprised of teams from the Ottawa, Kingston, and Brockville area, and runs a summer league from April to September each year. Touring sides often call on the Panthers to host matches and social events for sides ranging from Juniors to Old Boys. Panthers are involved socially with clubs in other Ontario cities and clubs from NY State. Additionally, the Panthers have helped the Kingston International Rugby Committee (KIRC) to host international matches in the Kingston area. These matches have included Argentina, USA, Canada, and Scotland. This webpage is in recognition of the commitment and contributions that the Kingston Panthers have provided to their community for the past 40 years. Practices are held every Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:00pm at Calvin Park Public School (Right accross from L.C.V.I). click here for a map |
