McGill Universities Health Centre in Montreal is implementing Cissec’s Acupam patient management system for its Acute Pain Service at the Montreal General Hospital site. MUHC joins a growing list of hospitals that have already recognized the importance of pain management for their post-op patients and are now incorporating Acupam’s validated system to improve patient outcomes and increase throughput. Comprehensive data collected by the daily assessments will also promptly contribute to CQI efforts and ongoing research at MUHC.
